A working backend developer, not a student profile — here is what I actually do day to day.
I'm a Software Developer at SrashtaSoft, where I work on Python and Django backends for enterprise applications. Most of my time goes into API design with Django REST Framework, data modelling across PostgreSQL and SQL Server, and debugging backend issues through to deployment.
Alongside core backend work, I contribute to an AI-powered HR chatbot built on retrieval-augmented generation — combining LLM calls with hybrid search so answers stay grounded in the source documents. I care about queries that hold up as data grows, clear API contracts, and code the next developer can read without a walkthrough.
